Fractional Distillation Process Utilized to Produce Light Fractional Fuel from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) Waste Plastic
Plastics are not easily biodegradable; and because of these characteristics they can remain under landfill and water for a very long period of time. All over the world only 6% of waste plastics are recycled and the rest of all waste plastics are dumped into landfills. An experiment was conducted in a laboratory scale batch process under Labconco’s fume hood utilizing low density polyethylene (L...
متن کاملNatural Borneol Recycling from Cinnamomum camphor chvar. Borneol Oil Residue by Fractional Distillation and Recrystallization
Purpose: To establish an efficient method to recycle natural borneol from Cinnamomum camphor chvar. Borneol oil residue. Methods: The fractions and raffinate of the oil residue of Cinnamomum camphor chvar. Borneol were obtained by fractional distillation, and analyzed by gas chromatography with flame ionization detector (GC-FID) and gas chromatographymass spectrometry (GC-MS). Natural borneol w...
متن کاملApplication of artificial neural networks and genetic algorithms for crude fractional distillation process modeling
companion with genetic algorithms proved that they can accurately predict fractions quality shifts, reproducing the results of the standard laboratory analysis. Simple knowledge extraction method from neural network model built was also performed. Genetic algorithms can be successfully utilized in efficient training of large neural networks and finding their optimal structures.
متن کاملDropout distillation
Dropout is a popular stochastic regularization technique for deep neural networks that works by randomly dropping (i.e. zeroing) units from the network during training. This randomization process allows to implicitly train an ensemble of exponentially many networks sharing the same parametrization, which should be averaged at test time to deliver the final prediction. A typical workaround for t...
